4. TOGETHER, FOR GREEN GROWTH !

VINCI commits to reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 30% by 2020, to accompany its customers in achieving better energy efficiency and encouraging them to adopt eco-responsible behaviour.
In its field, ETF has committed to reducing CO2 in particular with the use of dual-flow trains which will mark the end of empty worksite wagons and therefore substantially reduce a worksite’s environmental footprint.
ETF is also committed to promoting re-use and recycling of rail elements by buying back rails, sleepers and ballast from its customers.

5. TOGETHER, A CITIZENRY COMMITMENT !

VINCI supports its employees’ community commitments, in particular through the Group’s foundations throughout the world. Actions for social and professional integration are primarily run by the Group’s network of foundations which combines financial support and employee time in the form of association-based sponsorship initiatives.
As its level, ETF acts on all the employment geographies of its worksite. By recruiting on integration contracts, temporary contracts for the period of the worksite, sometimes using temps, and by training teams on-site, ETF has become an actor of social development.
